Have you ever wondered if you should pray more?

What resources are there to help you pray?

Are Daily Offices for everyone to use?

How can I deepen my intercessions?

Silence As a Way to Pray

Time to pray
Holding a candle in your palms
  • More than words
  • Quietude to listen to God’s voice
  • Start slow, maybe 2 minutes
  • Use a timer so you aren’t watching the clock
  • When your mind wanders, give it to God
  • Use an image such as a flickering candle or fluttering leaf to let it go by
  • Use deep breaths
