Have you ever wondered if you should pray more?

What resources are there to help you pray?

Are Daily Offices for everyone to use?

How can I deepen my intercessions?

Prayer Practices

Pray out Loud

Read or say your prayers out loud. Multi-sensory: both listening and speaking.

What does God want you to hear?

Hear the silence.

Pray the Office(s)

Start with one office that fits your day – morning, noontime, evening, or compline. Start slowly and find what works. Be prepared to change if something stops working, or add a second office when you find you want more.

Names for God

Traditional: God, Jesus, Spirit or Father, Son, Holy Spirit

Find a name for you to address God in private: Beloved, Love…

Ask a Saint to pray with or for you. Julian of Norwich is my “default” Saint.
